We can tackle almost all renovations and small projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, sheds and work spaces, tiling, painting, decks and hardscapes, irrigation, concrete, retaining walls, stucco, cinder block, and more.

Having done a variety of projects over the years, we can also contribute ideas, plans, and possibilities.

We feel the best way to be transparent, and provide you the best value, is to bill an hourly rate, while also passing along material costs with no up charge. Our rate is $80/hour for skilled carpentry and detail work, $65/hour for all general contracting work, and $100/hour for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. 

We will always be happy to work with you on a fixed bid if that provides you more peace of mind.

We are a small operation, and most often, it will be two to five people on the job site. We have also developed relationships with a great team of independent tradesmen, with a breadth of skillsets (roofing, drywall, gutters, landscaping and lighting, etc.), so will bring them in to help when they can provide you extra value. 

For 25+ years, I have been remodeling and fixing up my own homes. Many of those years included me hiring various crews and contractors. I know what it's like to have someone who pays attention to details, is thoughtful, fun to be around, and does things right. My commitment to you is to treat your project as if it were my own home, and to make sure you are satisfied with the work that is done.

As our business has grown, we have begun to develop relationships with a few companies in the home build/remodel space - including cabinet makers, sinks/faucets, and cabinet hardware.

We also have strong relationships with several of the businesses in the 805 area, providing you with great value and interaction with business owners.
